Image Segmentation

Brief project description:

Image segmentation is about grouping pixels into perceptually meaningful regions which can be used as the basic constituent components for solving higher level computer vision tasks such as recognition, tracking, image reconstruction, etc. The aim of this project is the development of general purpose segmentation methods.
